I am publishing this today because I realised that I did some research some 2 years back and put this information on my blog .

At the time (in 2016), I Googled some ANC politician names and this is what I came up with.

What all the cases had in common was that nothing much happened afterwards and nobody went to jail.

You will notice that with some of the names, new criminal probes are underway like in the case of Anoj Singh, who was a main cog in State Capture, and Pule Mabe.

Hopefully I will have time in future to add to the list as I am a full time working man and "Citizen Journalist", not a professional journalist.

But here goes...

I have drawn up this list just to show how "neutral" Shaun "the Sheep" Abrahams is – the head of the NPANC.. [ NPA]

The guy who said he is "his own man", and still maintains that.

Eagerly waiting for orders from Prez Blesser783 to politically execute Pravin Gordhan, whilst throwing every possible spanner in the works of the DA's efforts to get the 783 charges re-instated against the "Teflon President".

Here is the list of ZANC politicians and top civil servants who were either never charged, or whose case dockets have been gathering dust at the NPA offices for an unacceptably long time.

And these are just a few cases!!!

  1. Jacob Zuma himself.

He was always going to top the list.

    The 783 man...

Now he wants the taxpayer to foot the bill for his criminal defense!

  2. Peggy Nkonyeni and Mike Mbuyakulu.

Involvement in the Gaston Savoi "Amigos" corruption case.

Bribes to ZANC for installation of hospital equipment.

    Never charged.

  3. Thoshan Panday.

Corrupt relationship with the KZN SAPS and their head Genl Mmamonye Ngobeni.

Involvement in a R60 million accomodation scam during the 2010 Soccer World Cup.

Tried to bribe Genl Johan Booysen with R2 million to look the other way.

    Which genl Booysen refused!

And then Booysen got suspended for his efforts!

  4. Bheki Cele.

Got fired as SAPS head after an investigation by Thuli Madonsela into the corrupt lease deal with Roux Shabangu.

    Never charged criminally.

  5. Riah Phiyega.

Withheld information from the Marikana Commission.

Interfered in a criminal investigation against Genl Arno Lamoer.

Warned him that he is being investigated.

  6. Baleka Mbete.

    Was implicated in bribery.

She got a R25 million stake in the Gold Fields BEE deal.

    Never investigated!

  7. Lucky Montana.

No investigation against him despite revelation after revelation about Prasa, which he ran into the ground.

  8. Tina Joemat Petterson.

Had to reverse a R800 million irregular tender to Sekunjalo after an investigation by Thuli Madonsela.

As a result of Tina's actions the fishing patrol boats fell into a state of disrepair.

That cost the taxpayer hundreds of millions to fix.

Was the one who gave instructions for our oil reserves to be sold!

In that process at least R1,5 billion was stolen!!!

  9. Truman Prince.

Solicited businesses to donate to the Zancsters before the election, and promised them favours in return.

  10. Benny Malakoane.

The Provincial MEC for Health in the Free State.

He interfered on the waiting list, and gave a bed in a provincial intensive care unit to an ANC branch secretary.

A case was opened against him by the TAC.

    No action from the NPA!

  11. Molebatsi Bopape.

As Gauteng MEC for Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation, Bopape was the subject of a forensic investigation into allegations of misconduct, maladministration and corruption.

She is also alleged to have demanded a bribe!

  12. Nomgcobo Jiba.

    Deputy head of the NPA.

    Lied in sworn statements.

  13. Berning Ntlemeza.

    Head of the Hawks.

    Lied in sworn statements.

Is accused of protecting a police officer from corruption charges, because the police officer was dating his daughter...

  14. Pule Mabe.

    ANC MP.

Miraculously was found not guilty in one court case.

But was found by Parliament and the Public Protector to have benefitted improperly in a tender of R33 Million with Prasa.

No criminal charges in the Prasa tender case!

  15. Dina Pule.

Gave her "boyfriend" an irregular tender whilst she was a minister.

Her "boyfriend" was paid R6 million for 4 days work.

    No action taken!

  16. Humphrey Mmemezi.

Simply too many cases of corruption to mention when he was Gauteng MEC for Housing.

His car, for instance, knocked down a teenager, who was in a coma and the case seems to have been "swept under the rug".

Amongst others he had installed security of R300 000 at his house in Ekurhuleni at taxpayer expense.

    Never charged in either case!

  17. Cassel Mathale.

Forced to resign after this former Limpopo Premier's administration was hit by a R2,2 billion cash flow crisis.

    Blamed on tender fraud.

    No further action taken!

  18. Khotso Frank Khasu.

Was paid R67 million to build low cost houses for the Naledi Municipality [Vryburg].

Only 4 houses built, the rest of the money vanished.

He was investigated by the SIU, but still appointed the Chief Director of the National COGTA Department.

    Never charged!

  19. Lydia Sebego.

Now she is properly above the law.

Signed off on a R250 million deal for health equipment whilst she was the head of the Health Department in North West.

Equipment that was not quoted on and was either not delivered or was faulty.

Also whilst head of the Health Department, was involved in an inflated lease deal of R664 million.

She also worked for the National COGTA Department and was later appointed DG of Northwest, a Premier Leaque province, run by Supra Mahumapelo.

Also being sued by the Land Bank for R80 million!

  20. Andile Lungisa.

    Former ANCYL and NYDA man.

Conned the Provincial Department of Arts and Culture out of R2, 5 million.

He fraudulently claimed that he would get R Kelly to perform at a Nelson Mandela memorial event.

Lungisa is dragging the case in court, and was now elected as a Nelson Mandela Bay Councillor.

  21. Kebby Maphatsoe.

Accused of embezzlement at the MK Military Veterans Association.

  22. Anoj Singh.

    The current CFO of Eskom.

Solicited a R100 million bribe from Neotel to facilitate a deal with Transnet when Singh was the CFO of Transnet.

Brian Molefe was the CEO of Transnet at the time and took Singh with him to Eskom.

    No investigation followed!!

  23. Linda Mti.

The head of Safety in the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropole.

He was implicated in corruption with the Correctional Services company Bosasa, when Mti was the head of Correctional Services.

    A SIU investigation proved that!

This is only the tip of a very big and very corrupt iceberg.
